Extreme Stress Blocks Communicating

Lizzy, my bearded dragon, is still paralyzed in her rear legs. Yesterday, she spent the day at the vet’s office, getting various tests (like blood work and x-ray), and so far nothing could be learned. I’ve tried connecting with Lizzy for an animal communication reading but my extreme stress blocks communicating.

But I’ve learned something. With extreme stress, I need to spend some time wallowing in the negative. I need to wallow long enough that I get sick of it and want to stop concentrating on the problem and start concentrating on the solution. That’s when energy management comes in. All that negative energy needs to be replaced with positive energy. What do I do? Meditate, chant, drink some water, get outdoors, rest my hand on my dog, do one of my many visualization techniques, take a walk – the list is long. And if one doesn’t work, I move on to another. But there always comes a time that living with the negative energy needs to go!
